Terminator decision NOW (?)
Right at this moment (15.00 brazilian time), the chair is giving an hour to proponents of lifting the moratorium on Terminator (or GURTS) to come up with an alternative. Basically, he said the opinions are very tense, therefore there is no consensus, and in UN circles that means its off the table.
